I offer sessions in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Hatha Yoga, along with advanced classes focusing on arm balances, inversions, and more challenging poses. I also provide beginner-friendly sessions and can accommodate physical or injury-related restrictions. After your session, you'll receive a complimentary chilled aromatherapy towel to help refresh and rejuvenate you.
